Resource Teacher’s Guide
Resource Teacher’s Guide empowers resource teachers by providing a tailored curriculum, efficient planning, and simplified paperwork processes. Together, we can create an environment where teachers and students thrive.
We focus on the needs of resource teachers so they can focus on the needs of the students
Help resource teachers create efficient systems
Supporting resource teachers in creating efficient planning systems maximizes their time. It allows focused curriculum development, personalized student attention, and innovative teaching strategies, enhancing overall education quality.
Provide curriculum specific to resource classes
Tailored curriculum for students with mild/moderate learning disabilities ensures inclusive education. It addresses diverse needs, promoting engagement, confidence, and academic progress, fostering a supportive and enriching learning environment for every student.
Take away the resource teacher scramble
By eliminating the daily scramble, resource teachers gain confidence and focus. Preparedness ensures quality teaching, enabling personalized attention, engaging lessons, and a positive learning environment for students.
Help with data collection to simplify paperwork
Assisting with data collection simplifies administrative tasks. It ensures accurate record-keeping, enabling teachers to focus on teaching. Streamlined paperwork leads to more productive classrooms, fostering an environment where learning and growth thrive.
What if you never had to wonder what am I teaching tomorrow?
Specially Designed Instruction & Lesson Plans
As resource teachers, we always struggled to find programs that were scaffolded and outlined in a way that would meet the needs of our students with learning disabilities. We were always looking for programs that were structured but not so structured we couldn’t be flexible with our diverse learners. This is why we created Resource Teacher’s Guide. Our programs are created using research-based principles and designed in a way that allows you as the special education teacher to use your data to decide how quickly or slowly to move through the program. We hope our programs serve their intended purposes – to be a base pathway that helps your students quickly progress towards grade-level skills.
Online Courses and Instructional Videos
Our plan is to have digital courses that will elevate you classes and bring more fun to your experience. We also provide free instructional videos and articles to assist you.

we are committed to helping resource teachers who feel defeated and frustrated become confident and fulfilled in their classrooms
Teaching can be frustrating!
As teachers, we get that and experienced that ourselves. We noticed a severe lack of tools, guides, and information for resource teachers. We started this site because our passion is teaching, and we have found ways to decrease the frustration and increase the fun.
